About me

I was looking for something I would do for the rest of my life and after receiving 4 degrees I finally found it.  Functional Integrative Medicine combines the knowledge and expertise I have gained through all those years of studying and working. 


In Functional Medicine we cure a person, not a disease. From dentistry to psychology, from psychology to nutrition with spirituality in between I have developed a unique approach and full understanding of my clients: the stress, the time, the afordability, the triggers all these things matter when it comes to integrative approach. I work as a team with every patient and most of times we both reach great results.


My credentials are not my identity, but you certainly need to know who you are going to build your trust and go through your transformation  with.  I specialise in Gastrointestinal health, Men's health, Nutrigenomics and Anti-aging.

What took me so long?

Functional medicine was not something I knew before.  As a dentist I wouldn't think that a mercury filling may trigger an autoimmune conditions, thyroid problems, weight gain, psoriasis, etc.  Through helping my patients find a cause of their symptoms I discovered functional medicine.


Who are my clients?

People with chronic and /or autoimmune conditions.

People who don't know how to control their eating habits.

People who are interested in preventative medicine, healthy lifestyle and general wellbeing.

What is the deal?

Whether it is just changing your diet and lifestyle; or changing it together with your emotional state and nasty habits, I am here to create a personalised package taking into account your commitment, time and affordability. Be prepared for a moderate,  step by step programme with exciting healthy recipes and total transformation as a result of your hard work.

How do I know it works?

Pathway to health requires patience. It takes more than a month or even 3 months to change a habit, because we have an amazing fight or flight response which is installed in us. That's why your brain loves what is familiar and therefore everything new (habit, food, thinking pattern)  your brain takes as danger, It takes a while to convince it that what is new is safe.  


In order to change your physical behaviour, you have to change your thinking pattern first, because our thoughts trigger our actions. I will be the one who will guide you through the transformation.
